Ending cat overpopulation and suffering in Idaho—together.

Idaho Spay Neuter, Inc. (ISN) was founded in November 2024 when two local advocates recognized that the only real solution to the growing crisis of feral and domestic cats in Canyon County was the creation of a high-quality, high-volume, affordable spay and neuter service.

Help Build a High-Quality, High-Volume, Affordable Cat Spay & Neuter Clinic

Every day, thousands of cats in our communities go without access to spay and neuter services. We are working to change that. Our goal is to create a high-quality, high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter clinic dedicated to cats—serving both owned and community cats in rural and urban areas. This clinic will provide affordable, accessible, and efficient care, fixing thousands of cats every year and making a lasting impact on cat overpopulation and suffering.

“She Was Born Into a Cycle She Didn’t Choose”

She was just a kitten.

Born under a shed in Canyon County—cold, unseen, and already part of a cycle that never seems to end.

Her mother had litter after litter. No one meant for it to happen. No one stepped in. And so the cycle continued—more kittens, more suffering, more lives starting with odds stacked against them.

Young tabby kitten standing on grass looking at camera, ears perked up, outdoor setting with green blurred backgroundBy the time she was old enough to survive on her own, she was already pregnant.

Still a baby… carrying babies.
